FIRST MEETING
Personal meetings are fun. Have fun and check the level of chemistry you share with your date while keeping your safety as your first priority. Here are some tips to help you feel more comfortable when meeting your personal matches:
For the first few days, meet your date in a public place. If your date pressures you to meet at their home or other place, please cancel the date.
When it comes to drug and alcohol abuse, do not let your date pressure you to do something you are not comfortable with. Know your limits and be confident in your decisions.
Use your transportation, so you can travel if you want to. Never accept downloads from your home and where possible, drive them yourself or use the ride sharing app.
Tell at least one friend or family member about your plans and when you will be back. Arrange to join them after each first few dates.
Manage a fully stocked mobile phone with emergency numbers that are easily accessible.
